Materials
- 1 kilo of pork pancake
- 50g butter
- 1 medium onion slices
- 1 sliced red Florina pepper
- 1 sliced green horn pepper
- 1 clove of garlic, finely chopped
- 100g diced smoked pancetta
- 100g grated headcheese
- Pepper and a little salt
Execution
Put all the ingredients in a baking bag, close the bag with the special clip so that there is enough air inside. Place on a baking tray, make a few holes in the bag and bake at 200°C for about 45-50 minutes.
